7.3 IDI turbo diesel build
New heads! no more old tired dogs. had to port them to match the intake.

Short block! finally!
need a final porting and maybe a trip to the machine shop to put a few more angles on the valve seats
Intake ports needed to be opened up they were choking my poor engine
CHOP CHOP!
here is what killed my ride!
goodbye 37.5 hello 45 seat angle
Improving air flow with a SERDI valve seat machine
lifter plunger bottomed out
adjustablr pushrod to aide in checking lift at valve
flash makes gauge unreadable but the diesel only has .384 worth of valve lift
super clean turbo oil drain. Thanks AMSOIL!
No burnt oil here! all clean and ready for service!
Almost finished! cant wait!
all exhaust and turbo ceramic coated
